Day-Of Planning
$600 (I am open to discussing options that fits your budgetary needs)
- Free consultation
- Resources included in booking (wedding checklist up to 12 months b wedding, budget list, vendor contact list, & guest lists)
- Attendance & direction at rehearsal (up to 1.5 hours)
- Meet with all vendors day of wedding to confirm arrangements
- Creation of rehearsal & wedding day itinerary
- Attending/overseeing & directing ceremony & reception (up to 8 hours)
Partial Planning
$850 (I am open to discussing options that fits your budgetary needs)
- Free consultation
- Resources included in booking (wedding checklist up to 12 months beore wedding, budget list, vendor contact list, & guest lists)
- Up to 2 coordinators on day of wedding
- Vendor point-of-contact one month before wedding to ensure services/products are in a timely manner
- Set up of wedding décor and accessories
- Creation of rehearsal & wedding day itinerary
- Assistance of wedding day floorplan
- Attendance & direction at rehearsal (up to 1.5 hours)
- Attending/overseeing & directing ceremony & reception (up to 8 hours)

About Me
Hello!
My name is Arianna Perez. I'm so honored that you're taking the time to get to know me. I am a 2021 bride and I was able to experience the thrill of planning my wedding during the high peaks of Covid. Luckily Covid did not stop my husband and I from having a beautiful wedding in Keller, TX.
My husband and I are foster/adoptive parents. We adopted our first child at the begining of 2025 and eager to add to our family.
In 2023 I found a passion for wedding coordination through helping a dear friend with her own wedding. Helping ensure that her day went smoothly was certainly the highlight for me. I enjoyed it so much that I completed a Wedding Planning course and recieved my certificate through IAP Career College. I plan to take more courses that will help me grow within the wedding business.
I started Arianna P. Weddings with the intention of doing the same for other brides accross the DFW metroplex. As I know personally, weddings can get expensive really quick, so I intend to do my part in an affordable manner so that you may enjoy your special day and create beautiful moments within planning your wedding. That's why I work with YOUR budget!
